Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and at all subsequent times when updating your account details. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your official identification documents or a fabricated address — constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. apk44 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. Do not share your username or password with any third party. All financial transactions on apk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). apk44 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and apk44's internal processing limits at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your apk44 account balance following confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method:

• bKash and Nagad: deposits are confirmed within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Rocket and Upay: deposits are confirmed within a few minutes under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank or Sonali Bank: processing times may be longer depending on the bank's internal transfer schedule.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. apk44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• KYC verification — including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — must be completed before any withdrawal above the threshold set by apk44 is processed. apk44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation on any withdrawal regardless of amount.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance that has been released from wagering obligations is eligible for withdrawal.

apk44 processes approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the recipient payment provider. apk44 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's internal processing schedules, network disruptions or bank holidays.

All bonuses are discretionary and subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general T&C, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail .

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on apk44 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, bonus amount and the applicable wagering requirement are set out in the welcome bonus promotion terms current at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse.

General Bonus Conditions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on apk44 unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance. Real-money balance is wagered first unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards the rollover requirement. Live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is completed.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms and must be used within the validity period stated. Unused free spins expire automatically at the end of the validity period without compensation.

apk44 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, apk44 may take immediate action including account suspension, fund freeze and detailed investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

apk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; abuse of bonuses or promotions; or any conduct that apk44 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms or prohibited conduct, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds, including any winnings derived from bonus funds, are not returned in any closure scenario.

apk44 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and forms part of the overall agreement between you and apk44. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted on apk44 is protected by SSL encryption. apk44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

apk44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apk44 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
